This article is devoted to the empirical study of the role of coping behavior as a component of strategy of overcoming the crisis of personality in extreme conditions. A correlation analysis using linear Pearson correlation to identify the nature of the rela-tionship between the different components of the strategy of overcoming the identity crisis.

Phenomenon of academic giftedness in psychological and educational research
The notions of giftedness, academic giftedness, intellectual giftedness, talent and genius are determined in the article; the analysis of existing theories connected with academic giftedness is presented.
Understanding the regulatory situation by school age children with developmental disorders
Younger students when organizing their behavior in the space of the school system should take into account the rules exist-ing in the institution. Failure to understand the regulatory requirements reduces the possibilities of social adaptation. Participants in the experiment were 56 students with hearing, speech and intellectual disourses. We investigated the expression of perception and interpretation of the requirements of standart situation, cultural congruity of younger students. The study of standart situation perception, found that in all groups of children with developmental disordersthere were no children whose level of behavior corre-sponds to the normative. Features of cultural congruence in children with different pathologies were identified.
Research competence: basic characteristics of the concept
Depending on what the concept is put into the base (competence, research activities), there are two approaches to the defi-nition of “research competence”; based on the main provisions of system-dynamic theory, the author proves the structure of the research activities competence, including a sequence of four interrelated components (indicative, creative, conversion, control); the basic properties (flexibility, multifunctionality, multidimensionality, preclusiveness, innovation) and identifies major features (methodological, developing, axiological, cultural) research competence.
Centers of science and arts (BİLSEM) as agents of gifted students’ education in Turkey
The issues discussed in the paper are urgent as the Republic of Turkey places a great emphasis on the correct identification and education of its gifted and talented children and youth. The aim of the research is to analyse the main achievements of the Science and Arts Centres BİLSEM and challenges to meet in order to improve the work with gifted learners in the Republic of Turkey. The paper might be of interest for municipal, national, public and independent institutions and organizations and individu-als involved in nurturing the unique abilities and needs of a most valuable human resource of a country – the gifted and talented children and youth.
Technologizing the educational curriculum as a means of enhancing students’ professional self-development
The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of utilization facilities of CMS in e-learning courses of Kazan federal university (KFU) and Virtual institute of Isfahan university (VIIU) in promoting students’ professional self-development. For this purpose, based on the Kitsantas research, the utilization of the CMS facilities in the two universities, which play an important role in raising the level of professional self-development of students, was investigated. The results showed that in both universities CMS facilities is not fully utilized to promote the level of students’ professional self-development. Wiki-sites, podcasts, and blogs are among the features that have not found their application. Creating the conditions for the use of technical means of eLearning, and therefore the conscious use of faculty members can provide the professional development of students as the urgent and critical needs of the modern world.
Theoretical basis of foreign peragogical strategies for students’ critical thinking development
One of the most important aim of the modern education is the development of intellectual sphere of a person, in particular the critical thinking. A university graduate should be able to critically evaluate and classify the information, to make his own deci-sions. The development of critical thinking in the universities of western countries is a theoretically reasonable, systematic and controlled process. The western experience can be analyzed and adapted to the demands of the Russian society and be applied to the national professional education.
Ratio of results in test on life orientations of Kazakhs undergraduates using Kazakh and Russian version of the procedure
The subject of the article refers to the problem of cross-cultural equivalence of test methods, appealing to the verbal self-report of respondents. This article is devoted to empirical comparison of the results and the application of the Kazakh-Russian-language versions of the research methods of value-meaning sphere of a person, namely, test of life orientations (by D.A.Leont’ev). The respondents were 60 undergraduates of Kazakh nationality, who performed the test in meaningfulness of life in two versions: the original in the Kazakh language, and a week later in Russian. It was found that the results of both versions (the Kazakh and Russian) are closely correlated with each other and have similar mean values. Consequently, they give equivalent results which allow us to use any variant of this method in research for respondents of Kazakh nationality.
Organizational-pedagogical model of the formation of emotional competence in educational psychology
The article explains the importance of the educational psychologists’emotional competence formation problem. On the basis of theoretical analysis of scientific literature, the concept of educational psychologists’ emotional competencies is introduced, and its components are offered: cognitive (awareness of their feelings and emotions, awareness of feelings and emotions of others); personality (a high level of empathy, a high level of harmonious communicative orientations); behavioral (their feelings and emo-tions control, managing the others feelings and emotions; a high level of communicative control; noninterference in establishing emotional contacts). The author believes that the educational psychologists’ emotional competence formation can be carried out within the framework of a specially developed organizational and pedagogical model. Special attention is devoted to a summary of the components of the model. Organizational and pedagogical model of the educational psychologists’ emotional competence formation includes the following components: a target (goal, objectives, principles), content and procedure (content, forms, meth-ods, pedagogical conditions) and assessment and results components (criteria, levels and results).
Intellectual integration of Austrian education
The article describes the causes and trends in the development of multilingualism and bilingual kindergartens in Austria, a pedagogical concept of MULTIKA multicultural kindergartens; represented by the institutional model of integration of education, implemented by the Institute to support the intellectual development (RBS Privatinstitut zur Förderung der intellektuellen Entwicklung ).
The outcome of complete and incomplete family structure on childrens’ personality and cognition
Family structure is the composition and membership of the family. Most of past and recent researches have only shown the effect of family structure on children’s cognition. Due to the insufficiency in the study of the effects of family structure on children’s personality and cognition, this paper therefore aims at reporting the findings of research carried out on 40 samples of Russian children (7-10 years) and their parents, in order to determine the extent to which family structure (parents’ marital status) influence children’s personality (sense of personal volition) and cognition. The results obtained at the end of this research showed that family structure (in terms of parents’ marital status) indeed influence children’s personality and cognition.

In the article the author states the phenomenological aspect of use of modern information technologies in higher education, which opens modalities of students’ self-realization (cognitive, communicative, creative, pragmatical, influential, dedicative etc.), describes the personal-focused concept of informatization within two contours-components: subjective and imperative. The first component covers attributive signs of students self-realization over which the corresponding principles of application of infor-mation technologies are built on, these principles form the second imperative component. Such approach gives the chance of more adequate interrelation between technological and personal factors of the modern higher school.
On the strategic guidelines of teacher education in Russia in the context of global change
This article provides an analysis of strategic guidance for the development of education in Russia. The guidelines will help to define the future development model of teacher education. The model should be based on the teacher’s standard, activity-based approach, modular technology, reflect the duties and work of the future teacher. The model assumes citizenship and the teaching code of honor.
Socio-economic features in the Gadinsky reforms in Rural Tatar Mekteb and Madrasa in the early twentieth century (on the material of Tatar periodicals of the early twentieth century)
The article is devoted to identification of social and economic originality of rural educational system of Tatars at the beginning of the XX century. Reception of the abovementioned phenomenon is carried out through a prism of the Tatar pre-revolutionary periodicals that provides high degree of scientific reliability of the research.
Equestrian Kazakh people games as a means of youth patriotic education and physical training
This article discuses the aim and purpose of patriotic education of the youth in the modern Kazakh society, the role of physical fitness qualities of the younger generation in the implementation the patriotic deeds in the life of the people. In this relation the article examines the Kazakh national equestrian sports (“Alamanbaige”, “currentbaige”, “қunanbaige”, “zhorғazharys”, “kizқuu”, “kokpar”, “audarispac”, “jambaatu “etc.), various folk games and competitions, providing the most effective integration of physical training of the youth and their patriotic education.
Approaches and principles of students’ foreign language competence by intensifying their independence: a case study in a language high school
The article analyzes approaches and principles of developing foreign language communicative competence of bachelor stu-dents by way of activating their self-dependence. Personality-centered, competence-based, communicative, systemic, subject and activity approaches are treated as key ones. The given approaches help to implement the methodical model providing for commu-nicative and action behaviour based on a number of principles. The principles are as follows: integrative development of foreign language communicative competence and learners` autonomy, modelling functional linguo-professional activity, productive coop-eration and others. It concludes with the way the integration of the above principles influences the process of learners` foreign language communicative competence development.
Technology for multicultural training of future teachers
The article presents the results of studies on the organization of multicultural training of future teachers. It is established that there is a relationship (correlation) between the confusion of languages codes (degree of severity) and aggression (overt or cov-ert). The technology of multicultural training involves the neutralization of the students’ nationalist motives, the formation of multi-cultural competence, willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
Civil Russian identity of high school students in the context of value self-identity
The author’s position about formation of the Russian civil identity of school students in the context of valuable self-determination of the personality is presented in the article. The school student self-determines in civil, social, patriotic, spiritual and moral, cultural and historical values which act as an axiological basis of the Russian civil identity of seniors. The author discloses pedagogical conditions in which the value focusing activity of school students takes place, their axiological activity occurs, an axiological self-determination as a citizen happens.
The problems of technically gifted students’ labor education in a secondary school
The strategic objective of pedagogy is to prepare the younger generation for their professional activities. In a country with a developed industry the majority of the population works in the sphere of material production. The article aims to analyze traditional practice of students’ preparation for work and to identify educational problems in the new social and industrial conditions of life. The author considers it important to identify and predict the educational requirements to the organization of the process of sec-ondary school students’ preparation and motivation to work in the high-tech manufacturing.
Features of students’ orientation towards development of creative thinking in engineering technology education
The paper proposes a solution to the problem of students’ orientation in the development of creative thinking in modern en-gineering and technology education.
