The relevance of forming research skills of students was disclosed; It was proved that this problem requires reference to the use of pedagogical possibilities of problem-based learning technology; the main scientific research scholarly apparatus of the problem (conflict, problem, purpose, hypothesis, objectives, methodology and theoretical foundations) was presented.

In this work, the conflict competence of a military high school teacher is considered as a component of professional compe-tence. In this article the conditions of conflict competence formation of teachers when working with foreign military are presented.
Psycho-pedagogical maintenance of reflexive control in the course of future teachers professional formation
The purpose of of research was to ensure reflexive control of students in the process of vocational training in higher educa-tion.As the result of research we designed and implemented intensified technologies which ensure the effectiveness of reflexive control processes of professional formation of the student.
Optimization of didactic units of educational material in development of professional competence of future radio engineers
The professional competence of an expert is characterized by the ability to assess their activities, to keep track of newly available information, to form new competencies and improve the already developed to use them, taking advantages of modern technology.
The analysis of radio engineering practice shows that the existing pedagogical conditions are not sufficient to form and de-velop the identified competencies that imposes the need to identify and justify additional or improving existing teaching conditions.
The purpose of the article is a theoretical justification and experimental verification of the effectiveness of logical optimiza-tion of didactic units of the content of the lecture and laboratory teaching material in the formation and development of profession-al competencies of future radio engineers.
The leading method when the logical structuring of didactic units in the content of educational material is simulation method which allows to consider the problem as a holistic and task-oriented process of formation and development of the student’s specif-ic professional competencies in radio engineering.
The article is illustrated by a model of logically structured content of training material based on the integration of the system, activity and competence approaches. Didactically tried-and-true on the basis of these approaches, the process of formation and development of professional skills of the future radio engineers in the context of decision-making in the unity of instrumental and substantial levels is required for both a potential production manager and the particular performer.
The algorithm for gradual formation and development in educational and cognitive activity of the professional competencies was developed and tested and the adaptive learning environment, in which the conditions for their assimilation has been created, was proposed. The materials of the article can be also useful for other engineering specialties.
Significant research skills in the process of developing junior pupils’ universal learning activities
The relevance of the studied problem is conditioned by the fact that learning activity of a junior pupil becomes the leading one and it determines the development of main cognitive particularities. The purpose of this article is to substantiate more signifi-cant in pedagogical scope research skills in development process of junior pupils universal learning activities. The carried out pedagogical experiment was the leading method in studying of this problem. There participated 270 people: elementary school pupils and teachers. The result of this study was specification and substantiation of junior pupils research skills content within the context of their interrelation with universal learning activities. The materials of the article can be useful to elementary school teachers and administration when organizing learning activity.
Structural dynamic models of forming a strategy to overcome students’ psychological barriers in learning activities
The article examines the concept of “psychological barrier” and “students’ psychological barrier”, justifies structural-dynamic model of forming constructive strategies for overcoming psychological barriers in learning activities of students, examines the conditions and mechanisms of overcoming the psychological barriers in students’ learning activities.
