The article analyzes approaches and principles of developing foreign language communicative competence of bachelor stu-dents by way of activating their self-dependence. Personality-centered, competence-based, communicative, systemic, subject and activity approaches are treated as key ones. The given approaches help to implement the methodical model providing for commu-nicative and action behaviour based on a number of principles. The principles are as follows: integrative development of foreign language communicative competence and learners` autonomy, modelling functional linguo-professional activity, productive coop-eration and others. It concludes with the way the integration of the above principles influences the process of learners` foreign language communicative competence development.

Technology for multicultural training of future teachers
The article presents the results of studies on the organization of multicultural training of future teachers. It is established that there is a relationship (correlation) between the confusion of languages codes (degree of severity) and aggression (overt or cov-ert). The technology of multicultural training involves the neutralization of the students’ nationalist motives, the formation of multi-cultural competence, willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
Civil Russian identity of high school students in the context of value self-identity
The author’s position about formation of the Russian civil identity of school students in the context of valuable self-determination of the personality is presented in the article. The school student self-determines in civil, social, patriotic, spiritual and moral, cultural and historical values which act as an axiological basis of the Russian civil identity of seniors. The author discloses pedagogical conditions in which the value focusing activity of school students takes place, their axiological activity occurs, an axiological self-determination as a citizen happens.

In a country with a developed industry the majority of the population works in the sphere of material production. Family image in the perception of modern students
The article covers problems of contemporary state of a family, early marriages and family breakdowns – divorces in the Re-public of Tatarstan. The results of the survey held by Family and demography center of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan are presented in the paper. The scientific project ‘Family institute in the context of demographic development of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan (ethno-regional aspect)’ examines the topic ‘Family and school interaction as a condition for successful socialization of pupils’. It reveals main directions of interaction of two social institutes and defines ways of effective dialogue between family and school. The research showed that the problem of marriage and family is urgent for young people, and they construct their own ideal image of it. Youth treats marriage quite seriously and understands that marriage is a totally new stage of life. Pupils’ image of a family reflects the image of their parents’ family. It was found out in the survey that pupils would like to have such a subject at school as ‘Family management and housekeeping’ in order to be ready for family life.
Evaluation criteria for educational work in a modern Russian university
The urgency of the problem under investigation is due to the fact that in the system of educational work in the modern higher vocational education the objective tendencies in the youth students are insufficiently taken into account. Educational work today acquires special importance as an integral part of specialist training in a modern university. Educating young people is one of the priorities in the field of national security, the most important factor of political, economic and cultural transformation of Russian society. The main purpose of education is to produce creative thinking and harmonious development of profession-als with deep scientific and theoretical knowledge, formed by professional competence, high moral character. The paper pre-sents the analytical evaluation of the quality and criteria for educational work in the universities of Russia, the peculiarities of the educational work in higher educational institutions. In accordance with the problems and the nature of the studies systematic structural and comparative analysis methods are used. The described in the article experience can be used in the process of improving the system of educational work of undergraduate students.

Serial approach to creating a workshop in physical and colloid chemistry: literary, TV-cultural origins
The paper discusses the reasons for the appearance of serial approach, its advantages and disadvantages of cultural activi-ty including realization of literary works, book publishing and TV culture. The features using serial approach as a concept and as a technology in these areas. The author shows how the main provisions of seriality, already developed in the cultural spheres of human activity, can be transferred to the methodology of teaching physical and colloid chemistry. Using essays as a form of final control in working with undergraduates
Relevance of the research is determined by development of Master’s Degree Programs in Russian universitie, it requires profound changes in educational content and methods. This work is aimed at presentation of experience in approbation of essay as a form of exam in education of 20 students of Master Program “Preschool education”. The incomplete sentences technique as a data-gathering tool was applied after the exam. According to the results, creating an essay contributes to generalization and understanding, comprehension of the problem information, makes cognitive and metacognitive processes more active. This form of final control gives psychological comfort, creates a situation of success. It strengthens needs for autonomy, competence, relat-edness, which are sources of internal motivation as the basis of subjectness and self-development tendency. The material could be useful for university lecturers.
Research activities as a means of knowledge activation
A student has to be an active participant of modern educational process. It can be achieved by introducing active forms of education in educational process. The article is devoted to one of such forms – to educational and research work of students, namely use of laboratory works with elements of scientific researches when carrying out a workshop on analytical chemistry. In the article there are methodical recommendations about performance of laboratory works on analytical chemistry with elements of scientific researches. It is proved that such form of education promotes activization of cognitive and analithic-synthetic activity, improvement of quality of specialists training, developing creative thinking and independence in future graduate.
On the pedagogical potential of advertising exposure
This article deals with feasibility of advertising with positive educational effect and includes results of an analysis of theses defended in the past 20 years, which viewed advertising as their key research topic. It is clear enough that the matter of educa-tional effect of advertising on personality and specialist competencies relating to positive educational effect of advertising in stu-dents – future advertising specialists is left out in surveys. Social advertising and positive educational effect advertising are com-pared and their differences are analyzed.
Information technologies in the activation of students’ independent work
The urgency of the problem under investigation is due to the need to find new means and methods to enhance the students’ independent work. Electronic educational resources allow to intensify and expand the range of students’ independent work as well as to improve the quality of their educational activities. The effectiveness of the combination of e-learning and traditional forms of learning is justified by the analysis of the semester students’ progress and the results of the exam on the subject “Mathematical Analysis”. For teachers the materials of the article can be the basis for making decision in favor of using electronic educational resources in their teaching activities.
