Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Brest State University (Belarus). Dr Zhigalova is the author of over 200 scientific works, thirty of which are monographs and works on educational methodology of the Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences of Russia. She is an Honoured Teacher of Belarus and a well know scientist in the field of methodology of teaching literature. Her work has been published in Belarus, Germany, Russia, Romania and Iran.
