According to the Concept of the State Program of the Russian Federation “Education Development” until 2030, in order to create advanced professional training of specialists, it is necessary to more fully use the mechanisms of social partnership, which allows to coordinate the diverse needs of the labor market and the academic community. However, for a more reasoned inclusion of social partners in the process of professional training, a multidimensional model specifying the goals and functions of all partnership participants at each stage of students’ education in higher education is needed.
The aim of the work is to substantiate the taxonomic model of professional training of future teachers in social partnership of pedagogical university and preschool educational organization.
The methodology and methods of the research are based on the system, competence and qualimetric approaches, which allow to determine the agreed with social partners competence-oriented goals of professional training of future teachers in the system of social partnership of pedagogical university and preschool educational organization using the method of group expert evaluations. The structure and content of the taxonomic model of students’ training in social partnership between a pedagogical university and a preschool educational organization are determined by the method of group expert evaluations. The proposed taxonomic model can be useful for the university administration and academic staff in designing the educational process within the framework of individual educational trajectories of students, taking into account the needs of the regional labor market and the resources of social partners.

Research the Future Teachers’ Digital Competence in the Context of Personality Pedagogy
The relevance of the study is explained by the digital transformation of society and the digitalization
of education, its opportunities and risks. The key idea of the research is to reveal the phenomenon
of students’ digital competence in the context of personality pedagogy. Namely, through the skills
and competencies in the areas of individuality that arise when students apply digital technologies
in their training. Data collection was carried out using self-assessment. Students assessed skills and
competencies in the areas of individuality. The factor analysis showed that the digital competence
of students is associated with the subject-practical sphere, existential sphere and the sphere of self-regulation
Students’ Opinion of Gifted Education and Teaching Profession
Gifted education is specific and requires extensive investment from teachers to respond to their
students’ cognitive and social needs. Due to the link between beliefs and behaviors, teachers’ views
on this issue are often monitored to ensure that gifted students receive educational opportunities
appropriate to their learning needs. This paper presents student teachers’ attitudes to gifted education
and their perception of the teaching profession. It was considered essential to look at how future
teachers relate to the teaching profession to prevent possible problems and better respond to gifted
students’ needs. Eighty-three students of the Teacher Education Faculty, University of Belgrade,
participated in the research. A customized Gagné and Nadeau questionnaire Attitudes towards the
gifted and their education and a customized questionnaire Teacher job satisfaction were used. The
results showed that students have favorable opinion of gifted education in Serbia. Thus, positive
thinking and the theoretical concepts related to gifted education they studied will be appropriately
incorporated into their teaching practice. It also shows that these students are sensitive to other
groups of students with disabilities. A significant belief was that ‘Children with disabilities have
the greatest need for special educational programs.’ The research showed that students are satisfied
with the social position and opportunities for advancement that the teaching profession offers them,
while they are somewhat more dissatisfied with society’s economic position. The positive results are
encouraging because they indicate the existence and maintenance of a positive trend toward Serbia’s
gifted education.
Developing individual educational paths for future teachers based on the requirements of the updated Federal State Education Standards of Higher Education (FSES of HE)
There is a need for individualization of professional education, which can ensure that the quality of training of graduates of pedagogical specialties meets the changing requirements of this activity. This requires the development of individual educational paths of future teachers, providing each student with his/her own ways to achieve common and individual educational goals, to develop those universal and professional competencies, demanded by modern society and the labor market. The research goal is to substantiate the concept and technology for developing individual educational paths of future teachers in higher education institutions based on the requirements of the updated Federal State Educational Standards. The study used pedagogical modelling, a study of regulatory legal acts in the field of education, benchmarking and expert methods.
This article substantiates the methodological foundations of the research, presenting competency- based and systemic approaches for the development of individual educational paths. It proposes a technology for developing these paths of future teachers based on the requirements of the updated Federal State Educational Standards. The content and design procedures are described, together with the criteria for the effectiveness of developing the paths based on the study of the best practices in those higher education institutions participating in the project of modernization of pedagogical education.
It provides recommendations for developing individual educational paths based on three aspects, substantial, activity and procedural. The recommendations will be useful for modernizing the content and procedures for the main professional educational programs of bachelor’s and master’s degrees, to ensure that these educational paths are correlated with the requirements of the regional labor market, and the updated Federal State Educational Standards in the training programs “Pedagogical Education”, as well as students’ individual needs and opportunities.
Technology for multicultural training of future teachers
The article presents the results of studies on the organization of multicultural training of future teachers. It is established that there is a relationship (correlation) between the confusion of languages codes (degree of severity) and aggression (overt or cov-ert). The technology of multicultural training involves the neutralization of the students’ nationalist motives, the formation of multi-cultural competence, willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
