<\/a>The Editorial Team of <\/span><\/em>Education & Self Development<\/span><\/em> \u00a0would like to thank\nall of the members of the Reviewer Panel for their contribution to scholarship and the quality of the Journal.<\/span><\/em> <\/i>Peer reviewing is at the very heart of scholarly publishing. Academic papers are scrutinised by other researchers \u2013 peers \u2013 who comment on the quality of the work. They assess whether it the methodology is sound, and for papers reporting\non empirical research, whether the analysis has been rigorous, and the\nconclusions follow from the findings. The aim of this quality control is to\nensure, as far as possible, that the body of our knowledge of the field is\naccurate, so that others can build on these foundations. It is important, not\nonly for other researchers but also for the practitioners who apply the result\nof our research.
